Business Growth Program – Bundle Service Agreement

This Business Growth Program – Bundle Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Legal Analysis LLC d/b/a Credit CRB (“Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).

This Agreement consolidates multiple Credit CRB services under one comprehensive Business Growth Program, combining grant procurement, loan acquisition, negotiation advisory, and credit optimization into a single integrated package designed to maximize business funding opportunities.

1) Purpose and Program Overview

The Business Growth Program (“Program”) is a bundled service package designed to help businesses access untapped funding opportunities through four integrated service areas:

Business Grants & Forgivable Loans
Low-Interest Business Loans
Pending Contract Negotiations
Elite Credit Repair Certificate

Program Overview:

The Business Growth Program locates and applies for grants and forgivable loans on your behalf — from as little as $1,000 to as much as $5,000,000 — saving you hundreds of hours of research.
Our team manages the process end-to-end: research, application preparation, agency contact, follow-ups, and progress updates.
Eligibility is broad, and opportunities exist across multiple categories including minority-, woman-, veteran-, and disability-owned businesses, as well as unique programs for artists, union members, and more.
Funding sources include government programs, non-profits, private organizations, and Fortune 500 initiatives.

Fee Structure:

A one-time setup fee activates the full bundle, and success-based fees apply only upon verified approvals or confirmed funding.

2) Term

This Agreement remains effective for three (3) years from the Effective Date.
Each annexed service follows the same term unless otherwise stated.

3) Fees and Payment Terms

The total cost of the Business Growth Program – Bundle Service is $4,995 (four thousand nine hundred ninety-five U.S. dollars).
This includes setup and access to all four integrated services (Annexes A–D):

Annex A: Elite Credit Repair Certificate
Annex B: Low-Interest Business Loans Program
Annex C: Business Grants & Forgivable Loans Program
Annex D: Pending Contract Negotiations Service

Success-Based Fees:

20% of approved and accepted grants or forgivable loans (Annex C)
1%–3% of approved business loans or credit lines (Annex B)
20% of verified savings from negotiated contracts (Annex D)

Payments are made through the Company’s authorized platform (Zoho Books or GoHighLevel).

Late payments may incur a 1% monthly interest or $99.95 administrative fee, whichever is lower.

4) Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

Provide all requested documentation and timely responses
Authorize the Company to contact relevant agencies and partners
Avoid engaging competing service providers for similar services during the program term

Delays in cooperation may impact timelines but do not affect the validity of success-based fees.

5) Confidentiality

Both parties shall maintain strict confidentiality over all financial, business, and personal data.

Information may only be shared with verified partners or lenders as required to fulfill program obligations.

6) Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the total fees paid under this Agreement.
No guarantees are made regarding the amount, timing, or success of any funding.

7) Arbitration and Governing Law

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Lee County, Florida, under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

8) Entire Agreement

This Agreement and its annexes represent the entire understanding between the parties.

Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
